SHOWROOM – MAPUTO, MOZAMBIQUE

The DEEZUS showroom is a place designed to comfortably and safely welcome fans of this Mozambican brand. With design inspired by the brand’s minimalist silhouettes through a calm, clear, monochromatic and comfortable retail and workspace environment, the showroom is an embodiment of everything DEEZUS offers as a lifestyle.

The showroom provides a physical platform for founder Derin Lordes and collaborators to communicate directly with the consumer about their values, processes and personality. The space creates and showcases a holistic apparel journey.

The design bets on materiality, simplicity and clean lines, pillars of the brand itself. Honest rectangular shapes seem to mimic and complement the box like clothing silhouettes. The office, dressing room, stock room and staff room are well hidden within an accentuated plaster back wall.
