SHIPPING INFORMATION
Free Shipping on orders over 150$ (9.500,00MT).
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing after payment. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after it has been placed.
You will receive an email or Whatsapp notification with tracking information once your order ships. Within Mozambique, deliveries are made by Portador Diário and DHL for international shipping.
DEEZUS is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the couriers.
Orders may delay during special releases, major holidays, peak sales periods, it can take 5-10 business days and during markdown periods.
Please note, we do not ship on weekends and major holidays.
RETURNS
DEEZUS allows returns within 10 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the original style ordered, depending on product availability. If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred style. Up to one exchange shipment will be paid by DEEZUS.
Returns are processed within 7 business days of the package arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak sales periods. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.
If DEEZUS determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.
