Question How does DEEZUS fit?
Answer

  • Topwear including jersey, outerwear and knitwear follows a slightly oversized fit throughout the collection unless stated otherwise. We recommend staying true to your usual size for the signature DEEZUS look.
  • All bottoms have an elasticated waistband, meaning fits are relaxed through waist sizes. We recommend taking your usual size on all pants/trousers/bottoms unless stated otherwise.

Question How to find a product?
AnswerSimply click on the relevant section to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit categories, such as Tee or Bottom. If you are looking for a specific item, you may use our search box to find products by name, category or style.
Question How to purchase a product?
AnswerWhen you have made your selection, choose your size and click on “add to cart”. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag at the top right-hand corner of your screen and click on “Proceed to checkout” to be led through the checkout process.

Question Can I cancel or modify my order?
AnswerIf you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to sales@deezusclo.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accomodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be canelled.

Question How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding Mozambican Holidays.Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.

 

Question Are DEEZUS clothes true to size?
Answer

We work hard to ensure our clothes are a true fit. Should you be unsure, we recommend you select your usual size. If you are between a size, we would suggest choosing the smaller size of the two.
